Elvis' 'Memories'

Memories are especially crucial in the minds and hearts of people who are connected with art – artists, poets, sculptors etc. – people who are highyl sensitive and vulnerable to life's quakes and shakes.
Elvis the Great has a song called memories which so vividly, so beautifully and poetically expresses the essence of meories to a person who has soul, and who is able to dearly cherish sweet memories among the rest spiritual phases of his or her life.
Memories, pressed between the pages of my mind
Memories, sweetened thru the ages just like wine.....
Sweet memories
Of holding hands and red bouquets
And twilight trimmed in purple haze
And laughing eyes and simple ways
And quiet nights and gentle days with you.
Such a lovely poetic image of sweet memoreis which become even sweeter in a person's mind as the years go by, memories which are so individually precious and so personal to each and everyone of us, that when a person reveals a few even simplest images from them (like 'red bouquets' or quiet nights and gentle days' with someone special), it seems to us – people who are let in on these special moments – that some great sacred mysteries have just been revealed to us...
