Making Happy Memories

We should try and make happy memories wherever we are and whatever we do. That implies our invariably positive attitude to life and things that surround us. We should never overestimate certain unpleasant instants and exaggerate their not too appealing flavour; instead, we must always look at the brightest side of our life.
That's why especially when we feel that it's immensely hard for us to say good-bye to the past with the great amount of sad memories and dreams that are not meant to come true, we should make twice greater effort to do our best to put an end to living in our dreams and memories from the long gone past.

1. Start a new life.
2. Occupy yourself with a new activity or a new hobby which would distract you from sad memories and which would remind you about your brand new life. For instance, start learning a new language or find a new job.
3. Surround yourself with new people – possibly your new colleagues or associates from your foreign language classes. Make new friends or new acquaintances in order to emphasize the beginning of your new life.
4. Travel to a place you've never been before with one of your new associates (who's preferably sexually appealing and whose attitude to you suggests immense passion...), take a camera and make a whole bunch of new exciting memories.
Your new life may not start in a blink of an eye, it usually takes time to recover from the sad memories from the past. However, if you work hard on it, you will invariably succeed over time.
