Memories and Reality

On the one hand, memories and reality are antipodes of each other, because memories represent our past while reality is closestly connected to what happens in our present and waves at our future for it sees it from a rather close distance.
However, when we reminisce about something, the connection between memories and reality changes its above described simple logic and acquires brand new view and character, for in this very case the boundary between the past and the present blurs or even disappears at certain illogically fairy moments caused by us sinful humans.
When we touch our memories, we as if let the past and the present meet in an illogical paradoxical reality or, less dryishly speaking, we allow them to meet in a world of a fairytale which not always bring us magical mood and state of mind.
There's nothing wrong in letting your past visit your present once in a while implying occasional reminiscing, however, we should be cautious regarding the issue and always be perfectly sure of the boundaries between the past and the present as well as of the fact that both stages of our life will hardly ever coexist in one unity bringing you peace of mind, happiness and joy.
